HGH for Bodybuilders 
The normal pituitary gland found in the brain produces and secretes the Human Growth Hormones(HGH) which when released stimulates the liver to make insulin-like growth factor one (IGF-1) that triggers the growth and repair of bodybuilder’s bones and his or her body tissues such as skin, organs, muscles and more.
Though a combination of insulin, steroids, and HGH can considerably boost the bodybuilding process, there is a need to seek medical advice.

 
In early 50’s, growth hormones were initially developed to treat dwarfism in children. In fact, the first hormonal preparations were known as cadaver-GH, extracts from the pituitary of cadavers. Moreover, scientists began to expand the scope of hormonal treatment beyond dwarfism to include other forms of GH deficiency after discoveries that deficiency of growth hormones due to diseases, radiation, tumors or trauma may cause weight gain, fatigue, diabetes, hair loss, loss of muscle and osteoporosis.

How long does it take to feel the effects of HGH? 
Different individual body types will have different body changes. It all depends on one’s hormonal level as some people start feeling the change in the first week of intakes while others may feel the impact after 14 days. All factors constant, an individual should feel the effect of HGH after three to four weeks.
Individuals with low a level of sugar and insulin may witness a stronger fat-burning effect from the HGH, hence, it is advisable to take HGH at morning before any meals.

Daily dosage of HGH and Dietary recommendations
The issue if how many IU of HGH should you take depends on the purpose. People normally take 2 IU daily for anti-aging reasons, 8 to 16 IU for treatment of severe burns and body recovery after injuries though for a very short period.
Bodybuilding experts recommend between 4 to 6 IU for purposes of bodybuilding, weight loss, and fitness. The effective dosage of the human growth hormone for bodybuilding is at least 4 IU. For measurement reasons, 1 mg is approximately 3 IU and 1 IU is about 0.33 mg. 
Since it’s hard to gain fat while using HGH, it’s recommended that you increase protein consumption up to 3 g per every Kilogram with lots of starches. To keep your anabolism alert, you should eat at least after every two to three hours even though HGH would have suppressed your appetite. In that case, you may have to use special supplements to boost your appetite.

Human Growth Hormone (HGH) as a steroid
The Human growth hormone is naturally produced by the body and is mostly called the anabolic steroid. Unless one has atypical pituitary glands unable to produce HGH for bodybuilding, then Somatropin, a synthetic growth hormone injection would be recommended.
These synthetic growth hormone injections are performance-enhancing drugs which are often used to build muscles and improve athletic performance. Though the impact of HGH on athletic performance is still unknown.

The need to be cautious while using the HGH will help you to prevent diabetic problems. Diabetes is the side effect of HGH, if not detected early is risky to bodybuilders. 
The development of new, long-acting growth hormones releasing factor has reawakened interest in the restoration of growth hormones. The question whether HGH therapy may cease is a matter of time.
